This is the 2nd time I am using this recipe. Although, I am slightly changing it this time. The first time I did not change the recipe at all and it was fantastic. But I wanted a twist this time and I added a bit of honey and some fresh squeezed lime and orange juice with all the other ingredients. It's so good either way. You can't go wrong with this recipe...thanks!

I love roasted turkey breast and this turned out well for me. I did as another reviewer suggested and lifted the skin and rubbed the basting sauce underneath. I think that is key to getting
maximum flavor in the meat. The skin was browned and crispy. Leftovers made bangin' sandwiches. Thanks for posting.
Tasty and flavorful. The basting sauce used ingredients I would always have on hand too! Thank you!

I love this recipe! It really does make your house smell wonderful! The only thing I do differently is prepare my turkey breast before hand with a salt water rinse then a soak in yogurt and/or liquor blend for a few hours (coconut lemon-grass sake is a favorite). After that you can rinse the turkey or not then proceed to use your recipe as directed. It is fantastic. Thanks!"

I have never made a turkey before this. I've always used pre-cooked/smoked turkeys for the holidays. But this recipe was SOOOO simple to do. Everyone loved the turkey and said how flavorful and moist it was. Thanks so much for posting this recipe.

Really, really good! Very moist, lots of flavor. Possibly the best turkey I've ever had!! Lifted the skin and rubbed some of the mixture directly on the meat before baking. Was careful not to overbake, cooked just until 170 degrees. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This was wonderful, a very moist and flavorful turkey breast. I put some of the herb mixture under the skin, and the rest on top. The soy sauce helped make the skin a beautiful bronze color. We loved it!

I made my first thanksgiving dinner (early, I know) as a married lady and it turned out perfectly! Perfectly I tell you! This turkey went over very very well with my family. Wouldn't change a thing :)

Great moist and juicy turkey. I had never cooked just a breast before trying this recipe and now I am sold. I put the mixture and some extra sage leaves under the skin before putting in the oven. My only suggestion is to watch your cooking time carefully depending on your turkey weight as DDW states.

This is another recipe I forgot to review. This is excellent. I didn't change anything and we thought it was very good. The turkey was extremely moist even for leftovers.

Wonderful flavor! I defrosted a turkey breast, thinking the weather would be OK to turn on the oven. It got too hot so I set my gas grill for indirect cooking and set the turkey boneless half-breast on a double layer of heavy duty foil. I use my gas grill as an oven when the temp outside goes over 80°. I basted the turkey per the recipe and it got nice and browned and a little crispy on the edges (because of the grill), but it was so moist and tender inside. I took it off the grill when my temperature checker beeped at 180° and let it set for about 10 minutes. It was absolutely perfect! I'm planning on making turkey tetrazzini with the leftovers tomorrow....can't wait! Thanks DDW for a great, versatile, recipe!

This made the most delicious and juicy turkey breast I have ever made. The house smelled wonderful while cooking, and everyone demanded seconds! Thanks DDW for sharing this great tasting recipe.

We just finished dinner where I served this turkey breast. Excellent. My children, ages 7 and 5, ate it all up and that is a first for turkey. Thanks for a keeper recipe.

Really a nice recipe. I used fresh lemon juice, and I think that makes all the difference in the world. Thanks for the recipe!

Yummm......My family and I enjoyed this. I pulled the skin up and brushed the mixture under the skin, too. I didn't have marjoram or sage,so I used poultry seasoning as an equivalent instead. I didn't necessarily overwhelmingly taste the seasonings, but there was subtle flavor. Thanks.

Haha! The "menfolk" that I cook for came home from work and immediately asked: "What's that smell? - What's for dinner?" And they wouldn't LEAVE the kitchen while I carved up the turkey breast. Talk about the "way to a man's heart..." Thank you for posting a wonderful recipe!
