      This recipe made for a tastey bird. I ground up the melted butter and the herbs and injected it. It was good all the way thru. I also stuck some crushed garlic cloves under the skin, at the breast, hip, and legs. Thanks for the recipe.

      I used this recipe for our Thanksgiving Turkey and was very happy with it. I used it again yesterday to cook a turkey for the freezer. Wonderful! Thanks Tish!

      This is such a great recipe!! I usually just cook my turkey unadultered, but I thought that I would give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. I chopped up the garlic, and I used 10 cloves and I also used dried rosemary, but the final result was a fabulous turkey. I will be using this every once in a while when I am needing/wanting something a little different for my turkey! Thanks so much for posting this Tish!

      This was my first turkey, and it turned out wonderful. I loved the rosemary flavour under the skin, it really made for a special Thanksgiving turkey! Thank you!

      I'm making this right now as I type!! I didn't want to use and entire bird so I bought 2 thighs and a half breast and followed the rest of your instructions and added just a little more herbs. I can tell it's going to be one of the best birds I've ever done, thank you!
