  1. Remove tops from strawberries, wash and slice.
  2. Chop the herbs finely.
  3. Mix all ingredients and seal in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Refrigerate for two days, shaking occasionally.
  6. Strain through a cloth towel, and serve chilled.
