This steak uses skirt steak - something I normally purchase from Asian butchers. It must be thinly sliced once cooked across the diagonal using a sharp knife otherwise it can be tough. You can use fillet steak for a more tender version.

  2. Marinate steak for 24 hours.
  3. Barbeque or grill discarding marinade.
  4. Serve with green salad and steamed potatoes.
