This was good stuff! I'd make one change, though. Cook the fish halfway then add the sauce and cook the rest of the way, but that might be because I had a very hefty hunk of salmon.

DS loved this recipe so much that he ate his portion, as well as mine! Unfortunately, the sour cream was overwhelming for my tastes. DH hasn't tried it yet, since he won't be home til late, but I suspect he'll enjoy it as much as our teen did. Thanks for posting, Out of the Blue! :)

This was a SMASH hit in my house. The BF couldn't stop talking about it, and even though I doubled the sauce based on your comments, I'm gonna have to triple or quadruple it next time! We paired it with Dreamfield's rotini, and it was scrumptious. :)
