Probably the best fish dish I have had up to date. We substituted the lemon zest and juice for butter melted with copped garlic (im not a fan of lemon on fish). We put the filet's in the broiler also and about 5 min in we poured the rest of the butter garlic over the fish and the roasted garlic on the top just made the dish :)

Weather wasn't great tonight so had to broil these in the oven. Cooked them for 10 minutes on broil and they were perfect. Only change I made was to omit the thyme - personal preference. I felt that it needed more of the butter lemon mixture so I would increase the amounts next time. Wonderful flavor, wonderful dinner. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.

Wonderful! I served over a salad with avacado, black beans, hard boiled egg, and Rotel, with a little basalmic vinegar. Great healthy meal. Thank you!

Absolutely delicious. I started with this recipe but did change it up a bit. I used olive oil instead of butter, fresh chopped garlic and fresh herbs from the garden, chives, parsley and french thyme. I also used Knorr's chicken broth instead of salt. I grilled the fish on the George Foreman and then topped it with a chopped tomato from the garden and fat free Feta cheese. I served it on a bed of steamed spinach. My teenage daughter declared it the best fish she had ever eaten.

Fantastic fish! I topped with the sauce then broiled on high for 7 min. and it was perfect. Next time i may double the sauce but other than that it was amazing!

I broiled this and it turned out awesome. My 3 and 5 yr olds devoured it. Will definitely make over and over again. Also left out the lemon peel I didn't have any and I dumped the sauce stuff over the fish as it broiled.

This was the perfect recipe I was looking for tonight to make some simple and tasty grilled fish. I must say that it lived up to my expectations. It was so easy to put together and tasted great. My 10-year old son especially liked it and ate triple helpings. I used tilapia instead of orange roughy and will definitely make again.

Not only is this quick and easy, it's delicious! Even my picky 4 year old loved it. We'll definitely be making this again.

I love orange roughy. This was so good. The marinade was delicious. The most distinct flavors were the lemon and thyme which is what I love so much. Very easy and pleased us all. Thanks Nurse Di.
