We eat scads of tuna salad in my house, and DH takes his lunch to work every day. It's always nice to find a recipe that goes well with them, and this definitely fits the bill! Made for ZWT 6.

A scrumptious mayonnaise, which several of us enjoyed for lunch today on open rye bread sandwiches topped with baby spinach leaves and canned salmon which I had combined with this yummy mayonnaise. The only change I made was to omit the hot pepper sauce (personal taste preference). I particularly loved how lemony this mayonnaise was. Thanks for sharing this recipe, susie cooks. Made for Gimme 5.

This is a great companion for seafood. I made this to dress baby shrimp to make shrimp salad sandwiches. Very tasty. Thanks for posting.

Made this as instructed, for use on Susie's Crab Cakes With Herbed Mayonnaise & it worked just great! I'd made a double batch so that I could also use some when making my usual chicken/tuna salad & it was wonderful there, too! Very much a keeper of a recipe! {Tagged, made & reviewed just for the 'HALIBUT!']

This is great stuff & I believe will be good for a variety of uses. I do recommend others do as I did. I made this early in the dy & the mayo flavor predominated, but after being chilled during the dy ~ all the flavors blended well & it became the perfect compliment to your Crab Cakes With Herbed Mayonnaise. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us. :-)

This is so yummy! It was quick to throw together and really jazzed up my tuna sandwich! I had to use dried terragon and I used fat free mayo and it was perfect! I think I used a bit more parsley than it called for too. Thanks for the great recipe that I will definately make over and over again.
