"This is so good and so easy. I got this off the WW website. It is also easy to halve this recipe, or even quarter it."

  • Meanwhile, remove zest from lemon, squeeze juice from lemon, and mix zest and juice with broth.

  1. How to I get back to where I was when searching recipes? The back arrow takes me back to the beginning. Very frustrating. What am I doing wrong?

  1. This is a delicious recipe and one I will make often. The only change I made was to remove the chicken (which I had pounded to an even thickness) after the 15 minutes of cooking and covered it loosely with foil. Then I cooked the liquid down a bit until it was more saucy. This took about 5 to 7 minutes. Then I returned the chicken to the sauce and reheated it. It was so tender we could cut it with a fork! Yummy, yummy, yummy! Thank you for a great recipe!

  2. This was good! But my lemon-pepper was a bit old. We didn't really know what heat to be cooking on, so we winged it and our chicken was a wee bit dry. We paired it to a Martha Stewart low-fat eggplant parmesan recipe, and it worked well together. Will make again, but will buy new seasoning! And possibly use less of the lemon-pepper. Thanks for sharing!

  3. This recipe was soooo tasty....I would definately make it again! The only things I changed was I used one chicken breast per person and added a little extra broth.which I cooked down. Definately a keeper recipe for us. Thanks for sharing Knitaholic.

  4. For something with so few ingredients, this sure packs a punch! I don't think anyone would ever guess how healthy and low in calories this is. I didn't use Mrs. Dash lemon pepper, I didn't have that in my spice collection so I just used regular lemon pepper seasoning. I made this exactly as stated and my fiancee and I both loved it. I will make this often, thanks for posting!

  5. Oh my...this is SO good!!!!! I did double the serving value by doubling the chicken and sauce. Used fresh lemons and eyeballed the lemon pepper. SO good!!! Doubling the sauce is a great idea if serving over rice. I served this with recipe #162393 and we were in HEAVEN!!! Thank you for this winner!
