Ingredients:

• 2 quarts chicken broth
• 1 lb dried split peas
• 12 ounces chicken , boneless, cubed
• ¼ cup sliced green onion
• ¼ cup carrot , diced
• ¼ cup celery , sliced
• ½ teaspoon dried savory
• ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
• salt and pepper

Directions:

1. combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a 6 quart slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
