So easy but surprisingly flavorful. I did use a bit less than 1/4c of Worcestershire to keep them from falling apart on the grill. Perfect with lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese-- the burgers are so juicy that no ketchup, mustard, or mayo is necessary.

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the burger buns. Shape into 4 patties, grill or broil 15 minutes turning once. Serve on buns.
