Very good marinade. My husband liked it, too. I had to use the George Foreman grill as our apt complex won't allow grills, but it was still good. Served it with a brown rice/wild rice casserole and it was a nice compliment to the chicken. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

I liked this chicken better than my dad did. If I added some more dijon next time to give it some kick he would probably like it better. Still yummy.

Scrumptious! I had my neighbor over for dinner. He asked where this recipe was from. I told him I found it online. He asked if I was able to comment on it. I told him that, yes, I could leave a review. He pretty much demanded that I go leave a raving review immediately. heh A truly delicious (and simple) way to prepare chicken. I served it along with Wild Rice Casserole (Wild Rice Casserole). Again, scrumptious!

Wonderful! I don't have a grill, but I put the chicken under the broiler for 4 minutes each side. Very tasty and quick.
