Delicious! Even my husband who hates chicken breasts enjoyed them. To save on cholesterol while retaining the benefit of keeping the meat from drying out by coating it with a fat, I used half butter and half olive oil. I even used a little extra seasoned butter on the vegetables.
This made for wonderfully seasoned chicken breasts. Loved the combination of onions and garlic combined with the spices - the aroma alone worth a five! I especially enjoyed the addition of the rosemary. Recipe added to my keepers. Thank you Lysa.
