I wasn't sure how I felt about this at first, but the flavor is quite interesting. I did add 2 drops of honey and halved the recipe to make a single serving. I am not sure how much of a insomnia-fighter this is, but I can tell you that I'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open! Then again, it's 2:30 in the morning... then AGAIN I wasn't tired at all before I drank this 'tea'. I think I would like it if the flavor was a little more comflex- it was kind of bland, even. Maybe some other spices or herbs? (obviously not real tea though, because you don't want the caffeine in a drink that is supposed to be sleep-inducing!) Thanks for posting, Chari!
