  1. Great, simple and delicious recipe! Will make it again and again.

  2. This is a good recipe. It is easy to put together and very tasty. I love the crispness to the potatoes but they aren't to crispy. Thank you for posting this recipe!

  3. Since I'm on my own today for lunch I cut this recipe down to 1/4 (2 potatoes) and it still made a lot. These were very good! I skipped the rosemary because I don't care for it. The cooking time was right on as the potatoes weren't too crisp...just right. Thanks so much for posting!

A single mom who grew up watching her own mother ( and Dad, and Grannie, and Uncle's, and Aunt's) in the kitchen, absorbing their techniques and recipes like a risotto absorbs stock and wine. Although, admittedly not as refined as a risotto... I'd describe my cooking as "Down home, family food with a decidedly southern, "comfort food" feel, accented with the new flavors and experiences I've had after leaving the nest." <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
