These are so simple to make and very tasty. I had mine with baked salmon filets and a salad. The only thing I did differently was to cut down on the amount of oil in the recipe, by using a bit of lemon juice with about 4 tbs olive oil. It worked out fine and I liked the slight lemony taste of the potatoes.

I made this to go with chicken. The perfect side dish. Spicy and zesty. Couldn't be any easier. Thanks :)

So awesome. This was so easy and the spice combination is lip-smacking good. Served this with grilled chops and grilled corn. The perfect summer meal. Nurse Di, we thank you and love your recipes.

These potatoes are very tasty and an easy dish to make. I wasn't to sure about the cayenne pepper with the cumin but boy am I glad I left the cayenne pepper in the recipe. It adds a kick to the cumin. What I did do differently was I cut back on the amount of oil. I used just enough oil to coat the potatoes, maybe a couple of tablespoons at the most. The cut back on the oil is a personal choice *watching the scales moving down slowly*. I also used fresh oregano instead of dry. I believe that this is a very tasty combination of spices and herbs. I served this with pan fried Mullet (strong flavoured oily fish) and stir fry red capsicum, onions and snow peas. A spicy change from the old Fish n Chips (fries). Thank you NurseDi, our family really enjoyed this recipe and it will be a keeper.

I served these with chicken and my husband ended up only leaving me with about four bites of potatoes! So I made more and hid them from him!Excellent dish!

Terrific roasted potatoes! I substituted cubed russet potatoes for the red ones, and they worked very nicely. The combination of spices elevates the lowly spud to something spectacular!

Just too good. The spice blend was fabulous. I did like some others and cut back on the oil just a bit. I used 2 tablespoons and that was just right. This went well with our grilled steaks and veggies. Thanks for an easy spicy-zesty potato dish.

Fast, easy to make, even easier to clean up afterwards! We loved the flavor. The appreciation for potatoes is quite high at my home so we (just two of us) doubled the recipe right away and still had only a small amount left over. Only change I can think of is in the future we'll probably cut back on the amount of the oil. Otherwise these are really, really great potatoes. Thanks, NurseDi!
