Ohhhh these are so good! We really enjoyed all the herby goodness. There is a nice blend of flavors and the potatoes get nice and crispy. I used about 5 potatoes and kept the other amounts the same. Thanks for posting!

Just delicious. The herbs shine and flavor the spuds beautifully. I think that the recipe would be welcome at any BBQ, breakfast, brunch or family dinner. It's a keeper. :D

Fabulous recipe. We love using a variaty of herbs & spices and enjoyed the flavours in this recipe. I prepared as written and although it was delicious I'm going to try adding a clove of fresh minced garlic next time. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

These was good. I would of liked the flavor of the herbs to come through more. My potatoes were well browned on the outside but softer than I would of liked in the center.

Just made this and it was good. Next time I will cut back on the marjoram. I also added a 1/2 cup of olive oil, as it's a personal prefernce.

Great side! We had these tonight with some grilled fish and grilled pork chops that dh made. This was a nice easy side that cooked while I relaxed with a drink and company on the front porch while dh slaved over the hot stove for once! lol Only it was a hot grill! These were simple enough that he could make them all by himself- ok I helped! WE DID want to eat in this century! lol We doubled the recipe and it still came out wonderfully with some to spare for a lunch for him tomorrow with the leftover meat. Thanks a mill Lazyme! You contributed to a great supper that even our guests raved about!

So delicious. I diced the potatoes very small. It made them crisper, just the way we like. But still moist inside a little bit. It was red potatoes. I didn't put rosemary cause I didn't have. Even my little baby of 16 months liked it.

These were delicious! :) I think the only thing I did different was peel the potatoes, even though it didn't say. Next time I'll leave the skin on. I served this along side Chicken With Fresh Herbs and Vegetables. What a great meal! Thank you.

Excellent and easy! Great herb combination with lots of seasoning. I used 6 small/medium potatoes and followed lazyme's suggestion of increasing the oven temp to 425. My whole family loved these, which surprised me because the kids usually gripe about any noticable seasoning. If this recipe can win them over, it's worth more than 5 stars! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

DH and I thought these were really good. I was looking for a recipe that would work with Fall-Off-The-Bone Baby Back Ribs. I cut the oven temperature in half but doubled the cooking time. I used red poatatoes (thats what I had on hand) This worked out great! The potatoes were nice and tender with a wonderful herby flavor. Thanks, lazyme for posting.
