I cant wait for fresh garden potatoes. I take my toaster oven outside in the summer and bake these little gems outside.
- 2 lbs nugget new potatoes (about 16 small potatoes)
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Wash and dry potatoes.
- Add all ingredients in a 8x8 glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
These are so good. They were so simple to make and the seasonings are just perfect for our tastes. I had to use the baby Yukon gold potatoes because that's all I had. They would be awesome with any type of potatoe! I baked mine for about 50 minutes. I served it with "Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets" and "Microwave Succotash". Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2009.
Awesome side dish! I served this alongside roasted chicken tonight and they were fabulous! We will definitely be making these again!
Loved them. I followed the recipe as written other then I cooked them on the grill. We all enjoyed them.
