  1. Simple to make, complex in taste. This tangy vinagrette complimented the spring greens we dressed with it wonderfully. I also added one teaspoon of prepared horseradish for and additional kick. Thanks for sharing what will become an oft-used dressing in our house!

  2. I enjoy tomato sandwiches on fresh sourdough bread and this vinaigrette was wonderful drizzled over the sandwich! Also not a big fan of basil so I used half the amount and it worked out great for me. This will be great on a salad!

  3. Oh man, that hit the spot! That must have been the best vinaigrette I've tried so far. It was really good, and I wouldn't change a thing about it.

  4. This was good but the basil was a little strong for me (just a personal preference). I will decrease the amount of basil next time. I liked the addition of oregano. Thanks for posting, Topher. Roxygirl

I'm a med school student that loves to cook. You might have guessed though that being a college student doesn't give me a whole lot of money to spend on ingredients and such. So instead, whenever I go home, I try to cook something new for parents.
