I used small yukon potatoes and cut into wedges. I elected to bake in a nuwave oven and they turned out delightfully crispy, very flavorful, and a hit with all diners. Made for the Lorac cookathon.

I used red and purple potatoes and they turned out so good! Enjoyed with ketchup. Thanks and hope you feel better. Made for your cookathon, January 2014.

Tasty taters! I didn't have herbes de provence so I just added spices from the cabinet. I also used russet instead of red potatoes and turned out fine. Made for Lorac Cookathon 2014.

Really delicious. I also used baby potatoes and roasted them whole. We'll definitely make this side many more times.
Thank you for sharing.

I don't know if my measurements were off or something but I found the mustard taste very overwhelming. I couldn't finish these potatoes at all.

I won't make this recipe again.

Delicious! I'll be making these again. I barely used any oil, and used spray instead of oil on the pan. I loved the flavor of these potatoes, and I'll be making them again sometime soon. Thanks for this great recipe!

Made this last night, very easy and very delicious. I used baby potatoes and roasted them whole. We often eat potatoes cooked in this manner, but I loved the addition of the mustard! Thanks Lorac!

mmm mmmm good! we loved these potatoes, the combination of dejon mustard, garlic and the herbs was lovely. I cut the oil to less than half, they turned out great. Thanks for posting, I will be making these again.

This is an excellent recipe and very versatile. I increased the amount of Dijon and decreased the amount of oil. I sprayed the potatoes (before and once during cooking)with Pam to reduce the fat. I didn't have herbes but sprinkled them with a combination of spices we like. Awesome.
