I just started liking polenta so I thought I'd give this recipe a try. This served well over 4 people, but that works out better for me (more leftovers!). I had mine without the mushrooms, but my family like the ragout over the polenta very much so. I plan on making polenta this way this everytime from now on with the awesome flavor of garlic and parm. cheese.
This was nice and very rich. Next time I think I'd cut the amount of parmesan because we found the cheese was a bit overpowering. I loved the fresh thyme though, and infusing the milk was a great idea. Thanks MarraMamba!
