I found this recipe in Woman's Day, it comes from an ad for Bush's Beans. I'm posting it for safekeeping, but hopefully you will be able to enjoy it, too!

  1. Heat oil in a medium saute pan.
  2. Add onions, celery and carrots.
  3. Cook over medium heat until tender, adding garlic during last 2 minutes.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, thyme and wine.
  5. Salt & pepper to taste.
