This bread is super tasty. I did have to add some extra water. My bread was quite dense which I think was nice for a baguette.

This is great bread. I made this into 8 rolls and it came out fabulous. I used the bread machine for the mixing and first rise. Other than using jarred minced garlic and leaving out the thyme (I didn't realize I was out), I didn't change a thing. Thanks for the great recipe!

All I can say about this bread is that it's DELICIOUS! I recieved a loaf as a gift and was in a hurry to get to work and with no lunch just cut about 1/3 of the loaf off and away we went. This was so good I ate the whole thing plain for lunch. Did the same thing the next day. Lord I love bread like this. The garlic was just the right amount. A 5 for sure. Thank you for the recipe.
