- 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, finely minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well mixed.
- Chill until ready to serve.
