I wasn't sure before tasting whether I would like the taste of these combinations of herbs in bread. I did leave out the caraway seeds out of personal preference. I used all white bread flour. This had a lovely flavor and I liked it very much. I was very pleased. This would also make great stuffing.   1. Put all of the ingredients into a bread machine (put in order that the bread machine tells you to). Let it mix for 5 minute and if wet add 1-2 T. flour, and if dry add 1 -2 T. water.
  2. When the cycle is done pour on to floured counter and punch down.
  3. Form into a loaf, place in pan, and let rise until doubled -- 45 minute or so.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Cool on wire rack, and brush with remaining (1 T.) butter.
