  • Put butter and seasonings in 13 x 9 baking pan and put prepared pan in oven; heat to 350 degrees (F).
  • Rinse scallops in cold water; pat dry.
  • Remove pan from oven; stir to combine melted butter and seasonings.
  • Add scallops; toss in butter mixture.
  • Return pan to oven; bake 15-25 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes to coat scallops with butter mixture.

  1. This recipe is awesome! It's super quick/easy and has SO much flavor! I like to add a little bit of lemon juice and garlic powder for ever more flavor. This is a perfect dish to bring to lunch for work, or even a nice dinner!
