Lovely garlicky dressing for a light green summer salad!
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons herb-flavored vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Roast cloves of garlic in a moderate oven until they are soft.
- Squeeze garlic out of it's skin and mix thoroughly with other ingredients.
- Use to dress green salads.
This is probably the best garlic dressing we have ever had. I mixed it up earlier in the day to allow the flavor to intensify. Great recipe, English Rose!
