I loved the flavors in these eggs. I left out the serrano chilies as I was taking this to a potluck. The filling turned a nice shade of pink and there were none left. Thanks!

I halved the recipe. My eggs needed some extra mayo. They were not as overwhelmingly spicy as the name implies, just hot and flavorful. I'd definitely make these again. Thanks for posting!

Eggs with some heat, yum! Had to use jalapeno as that's what I can get here. They don't make you breath fire in any way but there a lovely underlying heat that makes these extra good. I'm pretty sure that they will be gone by bedtime tonight. :D

This was my first attempt at making devil eggs, and they turned out pretty good. They definitely had more flavor than traditional deviled eggs, although I didn't find these to be very spicy... but then again I like my heat level in food to be borderline unbearable. I guess I shouldn't have seeded the chili peppers, although most people would probably prefer the milder heat level. Great recipe- thanks for posting it! They had a funny twang for us. I think I'll use only half of the mustard powder next time. I left out the cilantro as I'm taking these to a friends house and they don't care for it. The serrano chilies gave them a nice little bite. Thanks.
