My brother makes these beans and the recipe is custom made for anyone who does not know how to cook or does not want to cook. This is a no fuss recipe that can be easily increased to feed a crowd.
- 14 ounces hormel hot chili with beans
- 14 ounces pork and beans
- 10 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
- Mix chili beans, pork and beans and rotel tomatoes together in a medium pan.
- Heat over medium low heat for about 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring once in a while to prevent the bottom from scorching.
Quick, simple, hearty, tasty! I used Hormel turkey chili which isn't very spicy so I added a heaping teaspoon of hot chili powder to give the kick it needed. Enjoyed this for a quick meal, it would be great for tailgating or camping too - thanks for sharing the recipe!
Yes this is a great recipe for those that don`t know how to cook or great for the college kids. Just pack cans up and send it off with them. Oh yes enclose this recipe. I must say I did use my DB home made pork and beans, my chili and beans and rotel. Good to go! I did add a bunch of hot pepper sauce just to make this a true hells angel recipe. ;).
