Hellmann's Grilled Asian Kabobs

"From Hellmann's Mayonaise . This sounded to good to resist . Shrimp kabobs brushed with a sweet creamy sauce and grilled."

ingredients

• 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup apricot preserves
• 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger, ground
• 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined

directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients and reserve 1/3 cup.
2. Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.
3. Brush shrimp with the sauce and grill until they turn pink.
4. Serve with reserved sauce.
