the best guacmole with just the right zing and jump
- 2 ripe avocados (peeled and mashed)
- 4.92 ml lemon juice
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2.46-4.92 ml red pepper sauce or 2.46-4.92 ml picante sauce
- Mix together and serve as a dip or with Mexican food.
Not enough hot sauce in the recipe. I added an extra teaspoon and a half. That, and some garlic powder to soften the taste of the onion. Yummy basic recipe!
Easy and tasty. I added more sauce, I think 1 tsp just wasn't enough to really add some flavor. Made for Spring PAC 2013.
Besides a dip, this makes a good sandwich topping. The onions give it a nice crunch. Thanks for posting!
