Love, love, love these!! What a great way to spice up string beans. I have made these several times now and always seem to forget the sour cream - still great. One of these days I will add the sour cream.
This was a big hit at our traditional German Christmas meal. Even the kids ate them! I used frozen French green beans instead and it worked just as well. Thanks!
The addition of garlic and sour cream to ordinary green beans and potatoes produced a taste that is indescribably delicious! This is way the best green bean & potato dish I have ever eaten. This will be a staple dish served at our house. Thanks glitter!
