Helen's Christmas Cranberry Delight

- 3⁄4 cup chopped maple walnuts
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 (16 ounce) can canned cranberries
- 1 (6 ounce) package cranberry-raspberry gelatin
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 2⁄3 cup port wine
- 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
directions
- Combine cranberries and pineapple in a bowl and toss lightly.
- Mix Jello with 1 cup of hot water, stir until dissolved.
- Add the Port wine and the fruit mixture and pour into a 9X13 inch glass pan and refrigerate until set firmly (about 3 hours).
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature while waiting on the Jello to firm. Blend with 1 cup of sour cream.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly onto the Jello mixture and top with chopped walnuts.
- For best results chill about 1 hour before serving.
- Will keep under plastic wrap about 3 days.
