- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen green beans, cooked or 1 (16 ounce) can green beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 (3 ounce) can French-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons pimientos, diced (optional)
- Drain beans.
- Combine with soup, milk, pepper and half of the fried onions.
- Pour into a 9"x13" casserole dish.
- Bake at 350F (175C) for 25 minutes.
- Top with remaining fried onions and pimento.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
