RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I am an avid at home cook. I love to cook all types of recipes. I do tend toward the lower fat recipes when possible as I had gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago. I am also the proud mother of a 22 month old baby girl. She loves to eat what I like to cook. There is no pickiness here. I am very lucky in that I have the ability to be a stay at home mom and that gives me the time and freedom to cook what I want when I want to make it. I am also currently working on making a cookbook for my mother and I of all of the family recipes that have been in our family on all sides for multiple generations. We make as many of them as we can every time we get together so that we can tweak them and make notes so that when we get around to getting them into a book they make sense (as my grandmothers tended to eyeball everything and so do my mother and I) We thought we would do this so that my sister who is cooking handicapped (she must have specific directions and exact measurements) can make the recipes with no problems and they will taste as good for her as they do for us.
