"I got this recipe from a Texican friend of mine when I had fajitas at her house. I added the lime juice and cumin. I hope you like it as much as we do. This is enough for 2 to 3 lbs. of meat or chicken."

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 2⁄3 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄3 cup water
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon minced cilantro

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a zip top bag and add meat.
2. Leave in refrigerator for at least four hours.
