      What a terrific and hearty soup! This was so easy to throw together and used ingredients that most people have on hand. I poached chicken breasts for this and just realized that I forgot the tarragon! The whole family enjoyed this a lot and we will have it again for sure. Made for Pick A Chef 2011 for my adopted chef, Hedda Lettuce in Ontario! Thanks!:)

      Great soup. It's quite chickeny and there is lots of rice that makes it hearty and just the thing for cooler weather. A quick and easy homemade soup that uses already cooked chicken to speed it along. Made for PAC, Spring 09.

      I did half the recipe but used 2 small carrots, 1 small onion, 2 sticks celery, 1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil. I used basmati rice (1/2 cup). I used cooked chicken, diced. No parsley and no tarragon. I like it like that. It's very good and simple. Thanks Hedda. Made for New Kids On The Block tag game
