I have tried and tried to like these kinds of potatoes. As far as I'm aware, there are no restaurants in my area that serve anything like these, and I've seen other recipes posted that have cornstarch. It's just not a fave in my home. I did love the flavoring, even reducing the garlic by half, as my cloves were HUGE. They did get nice and crispy and the garlic infused oil is a really nice touch! Thanks for sharing, Sharon123.
