This came from a "light" cook book and makes a great sustitute for heavy cream in dessert recipes. Do not overmix, it will cause it to become too liquidy. Cooking time reflects set time.


  1. Combine the ingredients and mix until well blended and smooth.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
  3. For best results, refridgerate at least 10 hours before using.
  4. Use as needed.
