I found this recipe a long time ago in a magazine. It is very easy to make, and taste great as a dip or topping for fresh fruit or with fresh scones.

I only gave 4 stars as we prefer a sweeter dip. I added 4 tablespoons more of powdered sugar and it was perfect. We dipped fresh stawberries in it. Yum. Made for spring PAC 2011.
