- 1 -2 lb beef tenderloin, roast or 1 -2 lb beef tenderloin steak
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup crushed coriander seed
- rice vinegar
- white wine
- Combine soy sauce, sugar and coriander seed.
- You may add rice vinegar, sake or wine to dilute soy sauce as needed to cover.
- Marinate meat with sauce at least 1 hour to a few days.
- Cook on grill to your preference.
