This was a really delicious breakfast treat and I recommend it to anyone looking for something a little 'different'. It tasted like a really healthy pina colada...next time I may even add some rum! :-)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, chilled,undrained
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 34 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix, chilled (bottled or canned)
  • ice cube


  1. In a blender, combine the undrained pineapple, banana, milk, orange juice, and piña colada mix.
  2. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
  3. Serve over ice.
