This is really good. Great for breakfast or an afternoon treat.
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, chilled,undrained
- 1 medium banana, cut up
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix, chilled (bottled or canned)
- ice cube
- In a blender, combine the undrained pineapple, banana, milk, orange juice, and piña colada mix.
- Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
- Serve over ice.
This was a really delicious breakfast treat and I recommend it to anyone looking for something a little 'different'. It tasted like a really healthy pina colada...next time I may even add some rum! :-)
