- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 cup cake flour
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Drop from a tablespoon-pancakes should be about 2 1/2 inches, onto a hot greased griddle.
When fried, the pancakes stuck to both the frying pan and the skillet I tried. I used excessive grease, but to no avail. They were impossible to flip and ended up as balls of hot gooey dough that my puppy loved.
