Light & fluffy scrambled eggs, perfect every time!


  1. In bowl, whisk together eggs & egg whites.
  2. Add sour cream, water, salt, & pepper & mix well.
  3. In heavy skillet, melt margarine and cook eggs to desired consistency.
  4. Add cheese, stir until just mixed & melted.
  5. Serve!
