ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning
• 1 (12 ounce) can chickpeas
• 2 cups corn
• 1 cup salsa

• optional

• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans or (15 ounce) can black beans

directions

1. top with cheese, sour cream, cheese.
2. also lettuce and tomatoes.
