Heather Kirkwood's Favorite Pineapple Stuffing

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a large roasting pan.
  • Cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla.
  • Blend in the eggs, one at a time.
  • Add pineapple and bread cubes and stir well with a large spoon.
  • Please mixture in roasting pan for 1 hour or until bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  1. I had this recipe over the holidays and was told how to make it, but wasn't sure I had the ratios right. I am glad I was able to find it here! This is very yummy. I kept going back for more. I was told that you can either drain the pineapple and use 10 slices of bread or put the juice in and use 12 slices of bread.
