This recipe came from my SIL's church cookbook. It is very yummy.
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄4 lb margarine
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 6 Heath candy bars
- MIx together flour, brown sugar, white sugar and margarine like pie crust, cutting the margarine into flour and sugar. Reserve 2/3 cup for topping.
- Mix well, sour milk, baking soda and egg to flour mixture, pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Crush Heath Bars and add to the 2/3 cup reserved flour misture.
- Sprinkle over top of cake and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
