A healthy and filling mixture for an easy taco salad dinner.

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Drain corn.
  3. Rinse and drain beans.
  4. Brown sausage and hamburger in a large pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat.
  5. Add cooked rice, drained corn and beans, taco season and water to the cooked meat.
  6. Simmer until sauce is thickened, and beans and corn are heated through. About 10-15 minutes.
