I made this recently using chopped sirloin, it was really good! If you have any dried chipotle chili powder then throw in a tablesoon. You can use wine in place of the beer if desired. Serve this with crusty buns and a side salad, this dish is delicious! I strongly advise to make this a day ahead and refrigerate, the flavors will blend together to create a more intense flavor.
I made this the other day for our company coming in...I cut the heat back a little not knowing their heat level (which I wish I would have left it alone). Everyone totally enjoyed this and just about licked their bowls clean. Served with a green salad and some bread. Made for Spring into Spring with Garlic and Soy tag game.

Wonderful and delicious. It took me longer than 30 minutes for prep but I'm slow with cutting. I went easy on the spices because my family does not like things hot. The flavor is great and I highly recommend this recipe.
