Such a tasty bread. Like someone already pointed out, the inside is quite light and airy. I set my ABM to the dough cycle and then finished baking in my oven, to have a traditional loaf. very nice bread..I've been experimenting w/ different vegan takes on ABM recipes and tried dry coconut milk powder in this one...was nice w/ the walnuts-oh used 1 cup of Nutritious Flour Blend also( my new fav. thing w/ bread recipes)...a very moist, slighly sweet bread->mr. free-free loved it toasted...Thanks for the recipe :)
This bread was really nice! The consistency inside was light and airy. I left out the nuts and dry milk (didn't have either). I added some ground flax seed to boost the nutrition. Thank you for posting!
