  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 4 cups cooked, cut up vegetables (peas,broccoli,carrots, etc.)
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits

directions

  • Mix soup, milk, pepper, thyme, veggies, and chicken in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Arrange biscuits over chicken mixture, bake 15 more minutes or until biscuits are golden.

  4. i made my own potato soup (it's better and more nutritious than store bought) and loved the richness and thickness it gave the pie.. i also added a tidge of dill and used 2lbs of inexpensive chicken thighs probably 4 cups.. easy recipe.. fast and good.. will make it again
     
  5. a easy recipe to follow but the biscuits do not give a finished look of a chicken pot pie covered with a nice, golden brown crust. it looks more like a creamy chicken soup with biscuits floating on top.
